3 waterview 1BR condos sleeping 1-6! Pools and beach! in Tybee Island

The pictures, description and service will show you the difference
between owner loved remodeled condos and the rest.:)You'll have everything
down to beach towels and beach chairs and dishwashers! (the vast majorty at this location don't have those or our other extra features.)You're guests in our home, and it's important that you feel like it.:)  Please check the calendar before writing.If the calendar shows your dates open, we should have at least one suite available. Don't hesitate to email please and we'll be glad to give you all the information we can.

We have 13 years experience treating visiting families like OUR family! There are a few cheaper condos that haven't been updated, don't offer extras and supplies, don't provide our repair emergency help,etc. We often are told that people have to spend more than the difference to make up for what wasn't provided.:)
Savannah Beach & Racquet Club is about a short 15 or 20 minute drive
from downtown... island hopping across beautiful water and marsh
views! Our secluded, private condos are situated on the sought after
North Beach at Tybee Island... looking across toward Hilton Head!
There is no real estate company involved on this listing like so
many!!! You'll enjoy the largest beachside pool on the island and
one smaller one that is also beachside! Only one other spot (large
condos) on the island has a beachside pool! These pictures are of the Captain's Quarters. Ask about
pics of the other condos as well.
These condos are far above the crowd..remodelled and lovingly
decorated and VERY well supplied! Important....we have an emergency
repair gentleman on call for OUR condos should you have a repair
emergency! This is most important if your toilet clogs at 8PM.:)
You'll find so many differences with us! You can also arrive at
whatever late hour you choose...very rare!!
You do not get stripped down bare condos and you do NOT need to
bring your house with you.
Pool, beach, and tennis and PARKING included in fee. Security gate.
Maximum comfortable occupancy four adults and two children (one
queen bed, one queen sleeper, and two bunk type beds) We have one
unit with a double closet instead of bunks. Join us and you'll never
forget Savannah or Tybee Island...or your caring owners!!!:)
NO hidden charges! Guest packets in the mail before you come so
you'll be well acquainted with the wonders that await you.
We're proud of the raves in our guestbooks. There is so much to
consider for you...service and supplies and how the a/c works, etc.
We feel confident that we offer an "above the crowd" experience for
you and have years of guests that concur.

islands or in Savannah...Golf, Tennis, Zoo/Wildlife Park, Shopping,
Sightseeing, Restaurants, Rafting, Kayaking, Sailing, Boating,
Waterskiing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling, Swimming,
Snorkeling/Diving, Surfing, Windsurfing, Biking, Wildlife Viewing,
Hiking, Fishing, Cinemas/Movie Theaters, Live Theatre, Museums,
Miniature golf.

One time exit cleaning and laundry fee of $65 added to all stays and required by law 13% lodging tax. (We won't be asking you for tax after you arrive like we've heard of happening.:) Everything is in your written contract we'll mail with your area guest packet.:)Three night minimum. Weeks in June and July please. No hidden or
last minute charges. And...would you believe that if
you can't come we'll apply your deposit to a future visit! Unheard
of?? :)
