This cozy one bedroom, one bath is decorated with the casual Florida
beach lifestyle in mind. The bedroom has a QUEEN SIZE BED and the
living room features a leather sofa that opens into a FULL SIZE
SLEEPER. The fully equipped kitchen includes adjacent dining for
four.

Our condo is available from October 1 through May 15. There is a
ONE MONTH MINIMUM stay required. Our rates are as follows for two
adults:
Monthly - $2,400
Additional weeks - $ 600
Yearly leasing available upon request.
We require a $500 refundable security deposit. Rates are subject
to change without notice, up until confirmation of reservation.
