Two Bedroom, Two bathroom condo on the second floor of a two story
complex. The condo is 1300 square feet. The complex has three large
pools. The condo complex is bordered by the ocean to the East and
the Halifax River to the West. The beach is a no drive beach and the
condo complex has a private access walkway to the beach. The beach
is directly across the street from the complex and there is no
complex on the beachside. The condo has a screened enclosed balcony
overlooking one of the 3 swimming pools.

Master bedroom has new Queen size bed, futon and television and dvd
player. Master has plenty of closet space.
Fully equipped Kitchen: coffee maker, blender, foreman grill, dishes,
glasses, stove with oven, and silverware.
New Microwave, new dishwasher and new regrigerator.
Entertainment center with AM/FM/DVD/CD Stereo, Television, with game
console with games.
Central Air Conditioning and Heating.
Guest bedroom has 2 new twin beds and television
Cable television is included.
Washer and dryer.
Beach Chairs.

Rates do not include Volusia County Rental Tax at 12.5%
and a one time $75.00 cleaning fee.
To secure the date, a $300 refundable security deposit is required.
For stays greater than one month, a $500 refundable security deposit
is required.
Reseveration is confirmed when the deposit is received.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to the scheduled visit. If
you are making a reservation within 30 days, the rent and deposit are
due at the same time. Failure to pay rent, cleaning fee, and taxes prior to 30 days to check in
will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Deposit will be returned if there are no damages or excessive cleaning required.
No refund given if cancellation is made less than 30 days before
scheduled visit from June to December and 90 days from January to May.
No pets allowed. The deposit will be forfeited if any pets are
allowed into the unit or the condo complex.
No smoking allowed inside the unit. Smoking is allowed on the balcony if the doors to the unit are
closed. Deposit will be forfeited if someone smokes inside the unit.
