We are located between Seaside and Destin in Beautiful Santa Rosa Beach,
Fancy Free is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom smoke free cottage that is
part of a small community of only 75 cottage style homes called Old
Florida Village. A community pool (one of 2 in the neighborhood) is
just a few houses down. Old Florida Village is ideally located
within a quarter mile of 2 public beach accesses (with public
facilities) and just a quarter mile from "Gulf Place" a quaint
shopping area with lovely shops and restaurants. During the summer
season Gulf Place offers free evening concerts for your enjoyment.

Gourmet Kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite
counter tops and top of the line cooking tools. A large bedroom

Our location is convenient to fine dining like Bud and Alleys in
Seaside, Criollas in Grayton and Fish out of Water in Watercolor as
well as funky dining with great Jazz at Picolos and the Red Bar in
Grayton. We are within walking distance to Gulf Place with boutique
shops,outdoor dining at Smiling Fish Cafe, free evening concerts,
and ice cream, coffee and desserts at Miss Lucilles Gossip Parlor.
The Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is also nearby with 2 holes
overlooking the gulf as well as Gulf Front dining. Eighteen miles
of bike paths along the beach and coastal dune lakes are just steps
from our door.The largest designer outlet mall in the country is a
10 minute drive in San Destin along with Baytown Wharf a quaint
shopping and dining village.
