Our home is located in Emerald Shores, a private gated community of
upscale homes, in a tropical setting. Our 3 bedroom with large loft that is ofen used as a forth bedroom, 3 bath large home is situated on a quiet cul de sac, across from the pool. Large master bedroom with private bath includes oversized whirlpool and walk out balcony. It's just a short stroll to the white sand beaches.
Emerald Shores has a private beach pavillion for owners and guests
only, restroom and outdoor showers are available for your
conveninece. You can relax and have all the comforts of home in our
well appointed home, top quality, full equipt kitchen, spacious
rooms, privacy of your own home with an outstanding location.we are
located about seven blocks east of destin commons shopping center at
the corner of hwy#98 and rt#293,we are about seven blocks west of
silver sands shopping center ,we are south of hwy#98,in the center of
the sub division next  to the large pool.

Master bedroom has a new king size bed, the second bedroom has a
queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. The loft has a tv,
vcr, queen size sofa sleeper and can be used as a play area for the
day and as a 4th bedroom at night. The living room has a queen size
sleeper. We have 2 pools for your enjoyment and high speed cable
internet is included.

Fine dining in many area restaurants included fresh seafood, fine
steaks and many other dishes of great diversity. Manufacturers
discount outlet mall, Silver Sands, is just minutes away, the nations
largest outlet center. Destin's area has many beaches and parks.
The family and kids always enjoy the Dolphin Cruise from the harbor.
Destin beaches are called Florida's Emerald Coast because of the
emerald green, crystal clear waters. You will marvel at the area's
natural beauty. The clear waters provide excellent diving and
snorkling adventures, shelling, site seeing and world class fishing.
Destin has some of Florida's premier golf courses, Golf Digest
mentioned our area as one of the top ten best golf locations in
America. Our home is located in the center of Destin's activities.
