Located in quiet residential neighborhood on "Ocean" side of Cudjoe
Key. It features private tropical landscape with sundeck area and
decorative patio furniture.
There is plenty of room to moor your boat right at your back door.
The canal is approximately 8 feet deep however, the controlling
depth to get into the canal is about 2' at low tide. There are
plenty of boat ramps and a couple of Marinas within approximately 1
mile but not a ramp on the property. Catch some snapper right in
the canal off the dock!
