Cozy all cedar home overlooking two rivers in Northern Neck

Nestled in the woods on a quiet road that ends on a secluded point, this cozy and comfortable all-
cedar Lindal home (floors, walls and ceiling all cedar!) overlooks the Corrotoman River from the
front and Seniors Creek (7 foot deep) from the rear. Home includes a beautiful cathedral ceiling and
large floor to ceiling living room windows that provide a spectacular view of the Corrotoman River.
While the cedar gives this home its rustic and cozy charm, its newly remodeled 2007 modern kitchen
hosts granite countertops and breakfast bar, convection ovens, microwave, refrigerator,
convenient stackable laundry suite and beautifully remodeled bathrooms. The living room includes a
large flat screen television (cable), leather "L" shaped couch and 8' upholstered built-in bench
suitable for sleeping or for additional seating. This three bedroom cottage has one full size bed
upstairs with a 1/2 bath, and one full size and two twin beds and a full bath downstairs. All
bedding is new in 2008!

Private "T" shaped dock on Seniors Creek, is good for boating and swimming. Launching a kayak from
the sand beach and paddling in these calm waters is also enjoyable. Two kayaks are available.

This vacation home has a large deck with an oversized picnic table and new gas grill that leads to a
screened-in porch with a new teak wood table set with 6 chairs; perfect for dining outdoors.

The common grounds of this Northern Neck community offers a swimming pool, tennis courts, playground and boat ramp.

Dishes, sheets and towels are provided.

In addition to the enjoyable recreational activities, there are many fine local restaurants. Belle
Island state park is only 10 minutes away. While the closest traffic light is 15 miles away, there
is a newly built Walmart at that intersection.
