Vacation Rental Description

Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath house will give you all the comforts of 
being in your own home.  Completely furnished.  Hot tub.  Two 
decks.  Air conditioning.
Island kitchen great for entertaining.   One block from the Deschutes
River.  BBQ on deck but you may have to fill the gas tank! Great 
location off Circle 7.  20 minutes on the back roads to 
great skiing!  Map, brochures and vacation information available at 
your fingertips at the house.  Very nice, quiet neighborhood.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Bunk room for the children complete with toys,games, books and 
videos 
for the kids. 8 Bicycles included.  Hot tub to relax after a long 
day of fun and outdoor activities.  Satellite TV (Living room/Mst 
Bedroom). 

Activities and Attractions

30 miles of bike trails, two community pools (summer), golf, hiking 
trails, wildlife right in your back yard, one block from the river 
for the fisherman.  (Some poles in garage)  Sleds for winter.  Inner 
tubes.  Canoes for rent.  Horsebackriding nearby. Mt Bachelor for 
the 
snowboarders and skiers or great for summer hikes. Just blocks from 
hiking trails to Benham Falls.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily rates June 15-Sept  $150 per night one time $80 cleaning fee.
Off peak rates $135 per night plus one time $80 cleaning fee.
7% Co tax fee. (Acct No 723)Plus OR State tax. Full weekly rentals 
get 
priority during Jun 15 through
July and August & Christmas/New Years.
Any holidays periods slightly higher. (Full summer rate)
Special monthly rates available.

$250 Security Deposit, Fully refundable if no damage.
