Vacation Rental Description

5,000 square foot newly built home on Potomac River. 6 bedrooms, 4 and 1/2 baths. Master bedroom and 
4 other bedrooms boast spectacular views of river.  Master bedroom has luxurious master bath with 
soaking tub, separate shower and water closet for toilet.  Washer/Dryer on bedroom level. Bring own 
linens or pay additional fee for provided linens.  Luxury linens are included for weekend rentals 
only. Balconies off of master bedroom and blue room provide gorgeous views.    

Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, hickory cabinets, gas range, GE Profile appliances, coffe 
maker, toaster, wine cooler, frozen drink machine.  Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, silverware, 
glassware, pots,pans, serving dishes, etc.  
 
Large dining area with beautiful oak table that seats up to 14 people comfortably.  Family room with 
65 in. HDTV.  Leather sofas in both family room and living room leaves plenty of space for 
gatherings. Family opens onto huge 20'X54' deck with gas grill, outdoor table and chairs and wicker 
furniture for outdoor entertaining.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Swim and fish off dock.  Boat lift available for renters' use if requested.  Best fishing in the 
Northern Neck right from our dock.  Small sailboat available for renters' use with signed waiver.  
Three televisions in home all with basic cable and DVD.  Xbox and Nintendo Game Cube system 
available for renters' use.  Croquet and bocce sets on site along with volleyball/badmitton 
equipment.  Game room in basement that includes pool table with table tennis conversion top, 
foosball table, game table for cards, puzzles and games, air hockey table. Check out our website for

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, crabbing, boating and sailing. Close to Westmoreland Park (a 
good place to boat to for swimming and hunting for shark's teeth.) Also close to King's Dominion 
amusement park, Ingleside Vineyard, Westmoreland Berry Farm, Stratford Hall, George Washington's 
Birthplace.  Lots of indoor activities available in game room.

Take time to visit the quaint villages in the area too -- Tappahannock, Warsaw, Kilmarnock, White 
Stone.  Good places to have lunch, go antique shopping, etc. 

Vacation Rental Rates

******July Special*****  any week in July, 2008 for $1,400.  6 nights/7 days.

Regular Rates are:  $1,500 - $2,000 per week or $300/night with 3 night minimum

Spring/Summer Rentals
May 1-25, 2008 -- $1,500 week or $300/night with 3 night minimum

May 26-September 6, 2008 -- $2,000/week

Fall Rentals Available
September 7, - November 22, 2008 --$1,600/week or $300/night with 3 night minimum
