a queen and a twin. New kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and 
granite counter tops. A property management company is on call for 
any issue that may arise during your stay. Also the unit is kept 
clean by means of a profession cleaning company. Kitchen is 
furnished 
with dishes, pots/pans, silverware, glassware, and counter top 
appliance. Beds/bedding and furniture are all new. Dining room is 
furnished with a new granite top table and buffet to match. All new 
living room furniture and carpet. The common yard is beautifully 
landscaped with umbrella tables. Beach towels and beach chairs 
included, telephone provided for local calls or PC hookup. Flat 
screen TV/DVD/VCR/stereo in living room and cable TV.
Walk to town and gallery district and numerous restaurants. Drive or 
bike to activities such as golf, bike trails or various beaches or 
use the association's private beach steps away from your door. 
Provincetown offers much in the way of nightlife with cafe's, 
cabaret's, wonderful restaurants, art shows and more. Shopping is 
fabulous and can all be done on foot. Take a boat ride, go whale 
watching, hop on a dune or trolley tour or just sit and take it all 
in.
