Vacation Rental Description

Gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bath Bungalow with an in ground 8 ft diving 
pool, two car garage, and 42 in plasma with surround sound located 
in the beautiful Pointe Hilton Resort @ Squaw Peak.  IT DOES NOT GET 
ANY BETTER THAN THIS.!!  Walk to the hotel’s renown River Ranch and 
Lazy River Water Slide and Park.  Mom and Dad lay in the sun or 
maybe the Tocasierra Spa while the kids eat hotdogs, smoothies and 
are completely exhausted so Mom and Dad can enjoy the best Italian 
food in Phoenix that night at “Tutti Santi”.  You won’t even break a 
sweat walking to the restaurant.    Maybe you would rather dive into 
a steak dinner and listen to live music on the patio overlooking the 
amazing pool at the Hilton “Hole in the Wall” restaurant or just 
watch the golf tournament at the great sports bar 
called “Gallaghers”.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

courses within 3 mi radius are Biltmore, Pointe Tapatio, Camelback

Vacation Rental Rates

Mid season Nov & Dec $3000.00 per month.  Peak season Jan, Feb, Mar, 
Apr $4000.00 per month.  We ask for $1000.00 deposit to hold and the 
balance upon arrival.
