This is a great family house. Swim, practice your diving, take a
jacuzzi, hike or play basketball, hit golf balls from
our batting cage, enjoy a poolside barbeque, surf, run/walk
on the beach, shop the great Malibu stores and celebrity watch!!!

LARGE 25' X 60' POOL with diving board and jacuzzi and all the fun
toys including pool basketball! Fruit orchard with peaches, plums,
avocados and orange trees. GREAT YARD FOR FUN with a large grassy
area. Your dog will love all the places to explore (property is
fully fenced)! Outdoor ping pong table, large fire pit and eating table
for 10. Basketball court with half court marking add to the family fun!

Putting green (with a bunker) for golfers and budding ones too.

House has a large master with king bed (fantastic new Heavenly Bed),
huge bathroom with tub and separate shower and changing area. 2
other private bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and separate
bathroom (one bedroom has ocean view).
Extra bedroom has pullout couch (specially made with foam for
extreme comfort), closet and computer. Bonus upstairs
enclosed loft with toys and air hockey sleeps a bunch of kids.
Family room with flat panel TV, satellite, DVD, etc. Redone
country kitchen with everything you need and table that seats 6.
Large dining room with table that seats 14 & fireplace. Living room
has fireplace, 2 couches. All of the rooms look out into open
vistas with sunrises, mountains and the ocean.

Wireless hi-speed internet is available throughout the house. 

Large pool with diving board, jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor
shower, ping pong, basketball, hiking trails, batting cage,
flat screen TV, DVD, satellite & cable, computer with hi speed
internet, 3 fireplaces, country kitchen with everything.
