Vacation Rental Description

Lakefront, Beautiful home - 4 Bedroom/3 Full Baths located in 
amenity filled gated community.  Entering the home from the 
upstairs, the master provides a King Size Bed with it's own full 
bath, the second bedroom offers a Queen sized bed, the third bedroom 
has two twin beds, a full bathroom in the hallway and a fully 
equipped kitchen with new appliances. Next you will find a Huge 
Great Room with a queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, with windows 
abound, and sliding glass doors that lead to the large deck 
overlooking the lake with picnic table, rocking chairs to enjoy the 
view and private beach area with outdoor dining table lakeside.
This is Not your Regular Pocono House!
The downstairs offers a 4th bedroom with King sized bed, laundry 
room with full size washer and dryer, full bathroom, large 
kitchenette area, wood burning stove, Brunswick pool table and a 
bumper pool table, bar area w/mini refrigerator, one car garage, and 
outside entry to the lake.
Duncan's Lakehouse offers tvs, dvd/vcrs, tapes, board games, sleds, 
books, play-n-pac, stroller for kids, fishing poles, and gas 
barbeque grill. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, 
coffee, tea, George Forman Grill, toaster oven, toaster, Crockpot, 
etc.  This home offers it's own CANOE, Aluminum Row Boat, new berber 
carpet, central air-conditioning, and queen air mattress.  
OUR House provides Linens and Towels which we do as a service to our 
guests to alleviate the extra packing.  This is NOT done by the 
majority of other houses or has an extra charge, we do not!
Within the community there are many activities for children, adults 
and families.  You have your own private beach at our home or you 
can enjoy one of the 4 lifegaurded beaches in the development or one 
of the 3 heated pools.  There is an ice skating area behind the 
clubhouse (within walking distance), during the winter months. In 
the community, you can ice fish, ice skate, or sled during the 
winter. For the skiiers, snowboarders, and tubers, Jack Frost, Big 
Boulder and Camelback are all within minutes of the house. 
Whether you chose to be fishing, boating, swimming or relaxing in 
the lake during the summer - fun will be had! Camelback is located 
within 15 minutes for those willing to venture to the waterpark. 
There are also hiking trails, biking, and horseback riding.
Whichever season or for whatever reason there is plenty to do here 
for all.
Although we love animals, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS or SMOKING, due to 
family and guests' allergies.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Lakes, fishing, canoeing, skiing, tubing, sledding, 3 heated pools, 
tennis courts, basketball courts, clubhouse (movies, bingo, dinners, 
etc.), hiking, swimming,biking, golfing, etc.

Activities and Attractions

Within Arrowhead there are plenty of activities to be experienced by 
all.  The clubhouse offers social functions such as Bingo, Cabaret 
Shows, Craft Shows, Ice Cream Socials,Movie Nights, Bonfires and 
Themed Dinners.  
If you exit out of the Arrowhead Community, there are plenty of 
things to do within minutes.  Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback 
are the closet ski mountains.  Tubing and Sledding are also located 
here.  
The Crossings Outlets and Jim Thorpe are located within 15-20 
minutes to the house.  There are five golf courses within 5-10 miles 
with a new one being built just down the road.  The Pocono Raceway, 
Great Wolf Lodge, Bushkill Falls, rafting, skirmish, horseback 
riding, dining and additional shopping are also within minutes.

$1,850 a week
$750 a weekend
Monthly & Seasonal - please call for rates and availability.
$25 Gate pass-charged by community
$75 cleaning fee
Holiday rates will be slightly higher.
