Vacation Rental Description
Due to the increase in gas prices we want to extend our assistance by reducing our rental rates for
the summer season. We hope that this will help you in taking that Family Vacation that is needed!
We invite you to stay at our Mountain Escape. This renovated
chalet is uniquely set up with two master bedrooms for those who
like to vacation with another family of relatives or friends. Sleeps
up to 13. Located in Arrowhead Lakes, a private lake resort
community, its’ amenities seem endless. Just a walk to the pool,
tennis courts, basketball courts, playground and lake. Our house
offers:
First Floor:
●Kitchen with eat @ counter, full operating kitchen with misc
small appliances .
●Living room with pull out sofa bed, Cable TV, VCR, DVD.
●Master bedroom with full size bed.
●2nd bedroom with (2) sets of bunk beds.
●Full bathroom with shower.
●Full exterior deck with gas grill.
Second Floor:
●Family room with gas fireplace, Cable TV, VCR, DVD.
●Dining / recreation room.
●Sliding glass door leads off to 2nd floor deck.
●Master bedroom with queen size bed.
●4th bedroom with full size bunk bed & twin on top.
●Full bathroom with tub and shower.
We also offer a fuse ball table that converts into air hockey or
ping
pong for the children, board games for the adults and children,
children’s movies, portacrib.
Telephone is available for local calls and emergencies.

Private gated community offers 24 hour security, 2 lakes with 4
beaches, picnic areas with grills and playground, boat rentals, 3
outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard,
volleyball, hiking, fishing (must have fishing license), snow
sledding hill, ice skating, clubhouse with planned activities for
children and adults

Jack Frost and Big Bolder Ski Slopes, snowmobiling, horseback
riding, white water rafting, canoeing, golf courses, miniature golf,
restaurants, flea market, supermarket.

The Crossings Outlet Stores, (2) major shopping malls in either
direction. Camelback Ski Slopes and Water Park, Pocono
International Raceway (NASCAR) ~ and the Mt Airy Casino!

Weeks run from Friday to Friday.
Weekends are Friday to Sunday.
Additional Fees
●Security Deposit - $300.00 (refundable once the house is found to
be in good condition).
●House cleaning fee - $75.00
●Pool / Beach passes required (seasonal) - $7.50 per person per day
or $25.00 for the week per person.
●Security “gate pass” is $25.00 per vehicle.
Please note:
Due to homeowners allergies pets and smoking are not permitted.
Smoking receptacles are provided outside.
Towels, toiletries and bedding are not provided ~ must bring your
own. A list of bed sizes will be provided with signed contract.
