Vacation Rental Description

Florida Palms is perfectly placed and presented to allow you and 
your family to fully enjoy your holiday. This large comfortable 
house has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or 
evening, with luxurious furnishings, a 50" large-screen TV,VCR,DVD 
Player and sound system - so you can watch your favorite movie, or 
listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). If you 
would like some privacy or quite time - there's a separate lounge 
and formal dining area that's perfect for reading or playing cards 
or board games together. Games room with pool, foosball, air-hockey 
and darts.

Step outside from the family room and there's a private, screened 
and sparkling clear pool that can be optionally heated where you and 
your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine 
or sit in the plentiful sun-loungers and soak up the sun. The pool 
area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added 
protection for young infants should you need it and the doors 
leading onto the deck area have been provided with additional safety 
locks and switchable alarms.

The sleeping accomodation at Florida Palms includes 4 spacious 
master bedrooms suites, each with a king-size bed, cable TV with DVD 
player, dresser, nightstands and walk-ins or closet space. One 
master is located downstairs. All master suites enjoy a spacious, 
private bathroom, one with a vanity basin, a roman tub and walk in 
shower and the others which have a shower/tub and vanity - all with 
toilets. Then there are two bedrooms for the kids, each with twin 
beds, oodles of closet space, adjacent family size bathroom and 
cable TV's, which are ideal for kids of all ages. A Play-Station is 
also provided.

The kitchen has been fully equiped with everything that you could 
ever need for that favorite family treat or simply a snack. Choose 
to eat in the "formal" dining area - which has a serving hatch from 
the kitchen, in the breakfast nook - or why not eat al-fresco by the 
sparkling pool.

Of course, this home comes complete with all linen and towels. A 
utility room provides a washing machine and dryer and also iron and 
board.

For your added convenience, this property is professionally managed

This holiday home comes complete for your stay and includes all 
linen, towels, micro-wave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, mixers, 
blenders, range, fridge-freezer, dish-washer, all normal kitchen 
utensils, telephone with data-port, sofa bed for two (if fourteen 
guests), covered lanai, south facing deck and screened in pool, deck 
furniture for 14 people, safety alarms on pool doors, 
burglar alarm, air conditioning and games room which includes pool, 
air hockey, foosball and darts.Free telephone calls.

Activities and Attractions

Florida Palms is a short drive to all Disney theme parks and the 
further out Sea World. Located within 1 mile of a Walmart and just 
off of the US192 it is not only easy to find, but easy to get to 
anywhere. Nearby crazy golf, horseriding, air boats, restaurants and 
copius shops, malls and outlets will keep you busy. The beach at 
Cocoa is about 1 hour away.
Orlando International Airport is approximately 18 miles away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Funds must be wired if booking within 14 days.
Normal rates are;
Low season Jan 5 - Feb 21        $210.00 per night

Medium     Feb 22 - Mar 31        $231.00 per night
           Apr 1 - Jun 10
           Aug 6 - Sep 5
High       Jun 11 - Aug 5        $252.00 per night

Peak       Mar 14- Mar 31        $328.00 per night
           Dec 18 - Jan 4
All prices shown in US Dollars and INCLUDE taxes.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm booking.
Pool heat is chargeable at $25.00 per night and is recommended from 
November through April.
An Accidental Damage Waiver fee of $65.00 is due with final payment for stays under 7 nights.
Minimum stay is 4 nights. Additional clean charge of $130.00 payable 
if stay less than 7 nights.
