Vacation Rental Description

This is a charming log cabin with lots of privacy.
There are two screened porches, a huge rock fireplace, telephone with
FREE LONG DISTANCE (via
Vonage computer system), high speed internet, air conditioning,
BIG SCREEN TV with small TVs in each bedroom.  It also has a fully 
equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, a gas
grill, linens and towels.

The home is located in a gated golf community in North Georgia
Mountains with three lakes and many amenities. Wildlife abounds!
Deer and wild turkeys visit daily. Many beautiful hiking and "jeep" 
trails.  Good fishing!

Many amenities within WALKING distance:  Fishing on Lake Petit,

full fitness center with spa services, pool, lake with beach, real 
estate office, gift shop, convenience store, restaurant, gas pump.
There are many other things to enjoy.  However, you'll need other 
modes of transportation!

Fitness Center with gym, indoor pool and tennis courts, Spa

Vacation Rental Rates

Prime Season:  Apr 1-Nov 30  $850/week $125 per extra night-1 WEEK
MINIMUM, last minute 3 nights okay
 

Off Season: Dec 1-Mar 31 $650/week $100 per extra night- 3 NIGHT
MINIMUM (holidays are 1 week min) 

Holidays:  Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Labor Day - Prime rates
apply and one week minimum stay required.

Rates do not include tax, cleaning fee, pet fee.
Cleaning Fee: $90   Pet Fee: $50/pet (small dogs only - no cats) 

CANCELLATION/REFUND ALLOWED ONLY IF 30 DAYS PRIOR TO 1st DAY OF RENTAL
PERIOD.
