Wonderful for lounging, conversation, watching the flat screen HD
TV, listening to music on the custom suround sound stereo system
with CD/DVD/VCR player. Large open area with custom designed
living/dining great room with panaromic views of the Gulf and Cayo
Costa. Privacy galore is assured by the lush gardens, private beach
access and the fact that this home sits on two lots, thus limiting
noise and intrusion from adjoining homes. This home has been custom
furnished in earth tones to make your stay as relaxing as possible.
For those occasional weekend guests, our couch pulls out to a queen
sleeper sofa.

Gourmet Kitchen
Custom designed for chefs and would-be chefs. Fully equipped with
new stainless steel appliances, a pass-through to the screened-in
porch facing the Gulf and an impressive center island with bar
stools and sink to accomodate every need. Designer lighting makes
the kitchen as functional as it is eye-catching.

Master Bedroom Suite #1 – Encompassing the entire Top level –
Expansive unsurpassed views of the turquoise gulf stream waters.
From your queen bed you will awake with one of the most impressive
views on the island of the aqua blue Gulf of Mexico waters, and Cayo
Costa Island. The Sunset is magnificant and breath-taking from the
wrap-around decks. As with all the bedding, only the best Ralph
Lauren sheets, pillows and comforters. Satellite TV, DVD, & stereo
with a cozy comfortable couch which folds out to an additional full
size bed. Two sets of sliding glass doors flank a wall of windows
for a full aquamarine panoramic view. Both sliders open to an
expansive open deck with a 2 person fully jetted Jacuzzi.
Additionally the deck is outfitted with umbrella table with chairs,
and relaxing reclining lounge chairs. Master bath has giant walk-
in shower, dual sinks, and private bathroom with ceiling mounted
speakers throughout the master suite and master bath area for your
listening pleasure.

Master Bedroom Suite #2 – Another queen master bedroom, this one on
the first floor with stunning views, sliders open to screened porch,
with quick beach access and the seclusion of a lush private garden
setting. Bedroom equipped with satellite HD TV. Private
master bath with shower.

Bedroom Three – Twin beds swathed in Ralph Lauren bedding as all
other bedrooms. Hall bath with tub and shower. Flat screen TV.

boat and no cars are permitted. Everything is within walking
distance. Whether you want to play tennis, swim, relax or enjoy our
wonderful nature preserve, North Captiva has something for everyone.
