Vacation Rental Description

See why folks love Sunshine Cottage and come back year after year.  
We have welcomed familes with young kids, retirees, and everything in 
between, and they all feel the same way.  Sunshine Cottage is their 
home away from home.   
 
Sunshine Cottage is a charming old Florida 1920's cottage located in the  
heart of Vero. We have beautifully restored her heart pine floors and 
old casement windows, yet have added the modern conveniences we all like: 
microwave, dishwasher, disposal, DirecTV in living room and master suite,  
wireless DSL, washer/dryer, central air/heat, DVD player, walk-in tiled 
shower.  The bathroom also has an antique claw foot tub for a relaxing 
bath or bathing the kids. Living room sofa folds out into a queen bed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our pool.  Because of its size we are often are asked if it's a community pool. 
We agree it's big but the answer is no.  It is your private oasis (heated, of 
course, for our winter guests). Swim, sun, relax or catch a nap in the shade of  
a palm tree.  The cabana includes DirecTV, gas grill, bathroom and private outdoor  
shower with hot water. 
 
Sunshine Cottage is fully stocked, from kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes 
and coffee maker to linens and beach towels to iron/ironing board and blow dryer. 
Just bring your toothbrush and suntan lotion, everything else is here.

Activities and Attractions

Sunshine Cottage is just west of downtown in one of Vero's oldest neighborhoods. 
It is a quiet area located close to everything.  Uncrowded beaches, the mall, movie  
theatres, restaurants, parks, cultural attractions, golf courses and Dodgertown are just 
minutes away.  Vero is a small town and we are right in the middle of it. 
 
We are only an hour and a half from Disney World and the Orlando attractions, 
an hour north of Palm Beach and two hours north of Ft. Lauderdale/Miami.

Vacation Rental Rates

October through December - $3,000 per month. 
January through May - $4,000 per month. 
May through September - $2,500 per month. 
Cleaning fee - $60 
Shorter term rentals welcome - inquire about pricing. 
50% deposit required to hold cottage. 
 
Small pets welcome, no smokers please.
