bath (2 sinks, toilet and large shower).  2nd bedroom has Queen Bed  
with access to full bath in hallway (toilet, shower, tub/shower  
combo).  42" Plasma Television is Living Room with DVD player, Cd  
player with speakers and a connection to hook up your iPod. Second  
Television in master bedroom.  Included: Digital cable television,  
high speed wireless internet access, electric.   Balcony to view the  
gorgeous Arizona sunsets.  Fitness center, heated pool and spa. We  
are travelers and have set this up with everything we would want. We

Scottsdale Ranch is a beautifully landscaped upscale master planned  
community located 5 minutes from the 101 freeway and close to  
dining, shoping, hiking and golfing.  This is a residential  
neighborhood - beautifully landscaped, no commercial signs, and very  
safe.  You can walk across the street to a beautiful neighborhood  
park, or the small neighborhood shopping center (AJ's Gourmet  
Grocery Store, Starbucks Coffee, Blockbuster Video, Goldie's Sports  
Bar, Walgreens).  You can leave your car in the garage and walk or  
bike to so many places:  Scottsdale's Green Belt path, local  
library, tennis courts and volleyball courts (located at the park). 
 
Easy access to world class shopping, dining and golf.  Binder in  
condo with places to go and things to do. 

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season rent from December through April is $3100 per month. 
Low Season rent from May through November is $1900 per month.
