Beautiful huge new beach house with view of the Gulf of Mexico. This property has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 12 guests. three stories, 2800 sq feet and designer furniture throughout.

First floor has one bedroom with a private bathroom and its own entrance to the pool. It also includes the laundry room, garage and pool area. Second floor has a large living room, full kitchen, dining room and a half bathroom. There is a spacious balcony on the second floor which can serve as an area for a bbq or a small family gathering. Third floor has the master bedroom with its own private balcony. Great beach views from the large balconies. Third bedroom has two twins and fourth bedroom has a queen bed, both are located on the third floor.

This property includes all the amenities you need to completely relax. With spacious balconies and a private pool. This property comes with a private pool, linens, a full kitchen and wireless internet. Wild bottle-nosed dolphins live in the ocean in front of the house year-round. They breed and live in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, so look for them from your patios. This is NOT a sale pitch, they really live here in large groups.

Just a few miles south of the Pier 60 area that hosts the daily sunset festivals - Key West style. With street performers and fire eaters every afternoon - the free show and festival is a must see every afternoon.

Great location for enjoying the beach in a quiet uncrowded area and still getting to the theme parks. Tampa Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and Mosi, all just 30 minutes. Walt Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, Island of Adventure are a 90 minute drive.
