place for a family vacation. Located on a corner lot in desirable 
South Sandpoint, this 1800 S.F. clean, comfortable and attractively 
decorated 3+ bedroom, 2 bath home is within walking distance to all 
the great restaurants, entertainment and shopping in downtown 
Sandpoint and a short 5 block walk to swimming and sunning on the 
Lake! The large backyard and deck complete with a huge willow tree 
is the perfect setting for a relaxing get away or family BBQ.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Decorated in charming "Cottage Living" style, clean and comfortable.
TV with cable, High Speed DSL - DVD - VHS & CD player.

Available for an additional fee - 6 bikes for your cruising 
enjoyment. (3 mountain bikes, 2 cruisers 
and a three wheeler) Sandpoint is a fun place to bike in and around 
town. 

Large Kitchen completely stocked and ready for cooking.
In house Washer and Dryer
Fenced backyard with deck and huge willow tree, patio furniture,& 
gas BBQ

Mid-June through Labor Day and all holiday periods:  
$215/night $1395/week
Labor Day through June 15th:  
$185/night  $1195/week

Add taxes and $125.00 cleaning fee  (more for parties over 8 and pets)
