of Gulf Harbors in New Port Richey on the beautiful Gulf Coast of
Florida. This is only 45 minutes from the Tampa airport. Gulf
access is only minutes away by boat. You can fish and boat from the
backyard/dock and there is a private beach and golf within the
community. There is a seawall, large floating dock and davits if you
would like to bring your boat or rent one.

The home features central air and heating and is well appointed in
Florida waterfront style. The home is well furnished and in very
nice condition. The entire inside and outside of the house has been
painted very recently so that it looks and feels fresh. The home is
about 1600 sq. ft with the sun room and has a one car garage. There
is a fully equipped kitchen, family room with 32"

two queen sleeper sofas. The home will sleep 8 people and it also

The house is only a few minutes by water to Anclote Island and about
30 minutes to Caladesi Island which is almost always listed in the
top 10 beaches in the U.S.A. There are many other islands to spend
time on at your leisure. The back of this home faces west for
breathtaking sunsets. Fish & Bird watching are constant
opportunities.
