Vacation Rental Description

Our fabulous, south-facing, waterfront mansion is situated  
amongst multi-million dollar homes on a quiet cul-de-sac, only a  
short walk to the beautiful Tigertail Beach on Marco Island, South  
Naples. It has quick, direct water access, with no bridges, to the  
Gulf of Mexico and has its own private dock and fishing pier. 
 
Our home extends to 6000 square feet, including 4200 square feet of  
air-conditioned luxury, has four master suites, 6 bedrooms in total  
and can sleep up to 17 people. The large, 36 feet by 15 feet pool  
and eight-seat spa are heatable and there is a pool-side shower and  
a cabana. Both the upper and lower floor have a screened lanai plus  
there is a spiral staircase to a fantastic skydeck that has stunning  
views of the whole island. The gorgeous PVC decked dock is lighted  
and is ideal for sunbathing over the water, watching dolphins and  
fishing. The house has a three-car garage with power doors. Please  
note that this is our family's much-loved private home. We are not  
agents nor do we own any other US rental properties and our  
beautiful mansion is, most certainly, not a Florida rental unit. 
 
Our home is beautifully furnished with luxury drapes and contains  
numerous silk plants and tropical prints. There are two master  
suites with king-size beds, one on the first floor and one on the  
second floor. On the second floor there are also two further master  
suites one with a queen-size bed and one with twin beds. There is  
also another second floor bedroom with twin beds and a sleeping  
gallery with convertable sofa-beds.  
 
Our home is non-smoking. Pets will be considered on application.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The pool and spa are heatable by electric heat pump and are fully  
maintained all year round. There is a pool-side shower and a cabana  
with a toilet, wash basin, changing and drying area. There are two  
large outdoor tables, ten chairs, four sun loungers, a sun umbrella  
and the dock and skydeck both have feature decorative love-seats. 
 
Dual air conditioning, adjustable interior and lanai ceiling fans,  
and Venetian blinds at the majority of the windows provide superb  
cooling. The pool and spa can be heated by their own electric heat  
pump, have full, state-of-the-art 'Jandy PDA' wireless controls and  
romantic underwater lighting. Domestic hot water is provided by a  
large electric storage heater in the garage. The three-car garage  
has two separate powered doors controlled from within the garage. In  
the living room there is a 46 inch, digital LCD cable TV with High  
Definition and 220 channels of video and music and a DVD/CD player  
with a selection of movies for your enjoyment. There are a number of  
Florida wildlife and flora reference books and an ongoing library of  
novels. All bedrooms have remote-controlled TVs and free wireless  
broadband Internet access is also available.

Activities and Attractions

Golf is available nearby at the beautiful, world class Lely Flamingo  
and Mustang championship courses, designed by Robert Trent Jones Snr  
and Lee Trevino. The 20,000 sq ft clubhouse has full restaurant and  
bar facilities and a very well stocked golf pro shop. Club and shoe  
hire, tuition and a full golf driving range are also available.  
There are also numerous other golf courses within an easy drive and  
tennis is available nearby. The area is renowned for its wide range  
of water sports. Short or long term power boat rental can easily be  
arranged for cruising around the beautiful ‘Ten Thousand Islands’  
and you can moor your boat to our dock. The beautiful Tigertail  
beach is a short walk away and has a café, board-walks through the  
mangroves, children’s playground and beach cabana rental. Excellent  
fishing is also available from our dock.

Vacation Rental Rates

Sep 19 until Nov 21, 2008--$4,000 per week 
Nov 22 until Nov 28, 2008--$10,000 per week 
Nov 29 until Dec 19, 2008--$7,000 per week 
Dec 20 until Jan 02, 2009--$10,000 per week 
Jan 03 until Apr 10, 2009--$7,000 per week 
Apr 11 until Apr 17, 2009--$10,000 per week 
Apr 18 until May 01, 2009--$7,000 per week 
May 02 until Nov 20, 2009--$4,000 per week 
 
 
 
25% discount for late availability reservations within 5 weeks of rental.      
 
25% Discount for rentals of 4 weeks or more. 
 
10% local taxes will be added to the rental rates. 
 
Reservation Deposit is 40% of rental rate, balance is payable 3  
months prior to the start of rental. 
 
Security Deposit of $1000 payable with the balance. 
 
Minimum Rental of 7 Nights; normally Saturday to Saturday only. 
 
Rental rates include departure cleaning and pool heating.
