St. James Waterfront in Pine Island

Enjoy watching boats go out fishing or take your own boat out. This
3 bedroom mobile home has been refurbished and has everything you
could need. The master bedroom comes with queen bed; tv, sitting
area and very large master bath. The guest bedroom also comes with
a queen bed and the second bath is just across the hall. Bedroom
#3 comes with a twin bed. The living room has a bright florida
colored queen sofa sleeper with matching loveseat. Stereo and tv
also in the living area. The dining room has a pub table with
extra leafs, 4 chairs and 2 stools at the kitchen bar top. Range,
refrigerator, microwave, roaster, coffee pot, toaster, linens,
dishes, pots and pans etc. all provided. Cable tv. Bicycle, Gas
Grill all provided.

90' canal frontage on the Monroe Canal which is the widest, deepest
canal on Pine Island. About 10 houses from the intercoastal, no
fixed bridges. Enjoy boating to Ft. Myers in half the time it
takes to drive there! Close proximity to Sanibel, Captiva also.
Take the ferry to Cabbage Key or Cayo Costa. Enjoy many fishing
spots, quaint old florida restaurants or just sit on the dock and
enjoy the sun.

Fishing, boating, walking bicycling, exploring the surrounding
islands, walking the environmental protected areas, shelling,
etc.etc.

April - December: $1800.00/month
