Vacation Rental Description

Walk to the Beach or to the Intracoastal.  Barrier Island.

Sleeps 2.  Queensize bed. 1 room vacation studio 1 flight above residence. Available 
by the week, by the month, 6 month lease, or annual rental.

 All bedding, linens, and towels provided except for 6 month or annual rental. 
 
Very Clean and tropical. 
Walk 1 block to beautiful Fort Pierce Beach. Fully equipped 
Kitchenette. Microwave, fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes 
and utensils. Stocked bookshelves. TV/DVD Movies on the shelf. 
Private deck with glimpses of the ocean through the trees. No 
Smoking.  No Pets. Must be able to negociate 1 flight of stairs. 
Please bring your own beach towels down to the beach. 
Arrangements can be made for use of owners washer/dryer downstairs 
for longer rentals. No phone. WIFI EQUIPPED. Filtered ocean view 
from private deck.  Private entrance from the backyard.  Walk 1 
short block to the beach.  Beach chairs or bike can be left in the backyard 
storage shed. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Close to Beaches and Jaycee Park. All linens, kitchenware, and 
bedding provided. Off street parking.  Very comfortable and homey. 
Off street parking. Air conditioned, ceiling fan. Private Deck with 
table and chairs. Off street parking for 1 car. Wifi. Basic Cable.
Owner lives  downstairs in the duplex. 
Residential Street.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, boating, tennis, "Archie's" nearby. Local museums, monthly 
Friday Fest, weekly Farmer's market by riverwalk. Manatee education 
center.  Local art galleries. Smithsonian Oceanography exhibit. Fort Pierce Museum.
Jaycee Park on the Indian River 1 block South.

10 minutes to St Lucie Power Plant
15 minutes to Lawnwood Hospital

Vacation Rental Rates

Reserve now for next year for "season" - Jan. Feb. March 2009 only $1300 per month.

Studio available weekly, monthly, 6 month, or annual lease.

6 month and Annual lease does not include bedding or towels.

Special 6 month lease "off season"  $950 per month.

Christmas Week 2008 available $600 

$50 cleaning fee.
$50 refundable deposit

Use of owner's brand new washer/dryer with detergent and dryer 
sheets provided.  $3.00 per load to wash and dry.
