Smoking.  No Pets.  You must be able to negociate 1 flight of stairs.
Please bring your own beach towels down to the beach.
Arrangements can be made for use of owners washer/dryer downstairs
for longer rentals. No phone. WIFI EQUIPPED. Filtered ocean view
from private deck. Private entrance from the backyard.

 Walk 1 short block to the beach. Beach chairs or bike can be left in the
backyard storage shed. Owner lives on property.

Close to Beaches and Jaycee Park. All linens, kitchenware, and
bedding provided. Off street parking. Very comfortable and homey.
