canal off of main channel into Tampa Bay. In well maintained
neighborhood. Beautifully furnished and has all the amenities of a
home away from home!!
The home is on beautiful lot, w/dock to keep a boat. Canal has
direct access to Tampa Bay, fishing and several restaurants
including Bahama Breeze and Rattlefish. OR Fish right front your own
dock!!
Great Kayaking from your backyard. 12 miles to beach. 15 minutes to
Busch Gardens-Lowry Park Zoo?MOSI?Aquarium. Minutes to the Tampa
Trail -- great biking, walking and rollerblading. Close to several
malls and numerous restaurants, grocery stores. 12 miles from
downtown Tampa. 1 hour from Disney. Approximately 7 miles from
Tampa International Airport.
House is furnished with 2 Queen beds and 1 Double bed. Couches
are NOT for extra sleeping accomodations.

Fully furnished, linens, dishes, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, dock,
cable TV, DVD player, screened lanai, gas grill.

beach - 1 hour to Disney -- Approximately 7 miles from Tampa
International Airport.

Rates vary from $800-$1,200 a week depending on season and length of
stay. May be higher during holidays and special events.
