Vacation Rental Description

Brand new renovation of a Brownstone penthouse adjacent to the Boston
Center for the Arts and Chinatown.  Walk to the Boston Common, Copley
Square, etc.  Restaurants everywhere.  Huge private deck and views
from every window.  Truly lovely unit in a great location.  Please
note that you need to walk up 3 flights of stairs to access the unit,
but the views and privacy are worth the effort.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two bedrooms with queen bed, full bed, and a full sleep sofa in the
living room.  Glass tile bath, air conditioning, high speed internet,
phone, 32" HD television.  This unit is completely new and has never
been occupied.  Brand new kitchen, bath, furniture, linens, etc.

Activities and Attractions

Dozens of restaurants within walking distance. The BU Calderwood
Pavillion Theatre and the Boston Center for the Arts are less than a
block away.  The Boston Common, Chinatown, Copley Square and Back Bay
Shopping are all within walking distance.  South End shopping is also
very good.  Castle Island and Carson Beach are only a mile or so away. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$1200-$2500 per week in\out of season, and number of individuals. 
Shorter visits can also be arranged.
