Coast of Dreams, Great Views, 2bd/2ba + large private loft in Bodega Bay

Go back in time to another world, experience the serenity of the
beautiful Sonoma Coast and enjoy all the comforts of home. This tri-
level home is nestled on the Bodega Harbour Golf Course, a Robert
Trent Jones golf links course. The house has open views and lots of
privacy. Views of Tomales Bay and Point Reyes from the living room
and upper deck. Upper deck is great for morning sun and coffee with
ocean views and wonderful views of the surrounding hills. From
Kitchen and lower deck, views of Bodega Bay and Doran Beach. Hot
tub is located on a separate private deck. (Three decks)
Two Bedrooms down a few steps from the living area, and each has
queen beds, both bedrooms have sliding
glass doors to lower deck with views of Bodega Bay and Doran Beach.
Upper loft is the third bedroom, has queen platform bed with beautiful views of Bodega
Bay
and Doran Beach. Great sunsets to the west from kitchen, lower
deck, lower bedrooms and from the loft. Winter sunsets can not be seen from decks. The
large loft is
roomy  TV/VCR, platform queen bed, especially designed
for great views.
Very comfortable, free flowing home with a flair
for fun. Living room has fireplace and three couches. Dining room
table seats 8 comfortably. Beach is within walking distance. Enjoy
watching local wildlife; California quail, jack rabbits, White
Egrets and pastures complete with cows. Listen to the Sea Lions and
the sound of the fog horns. Beautiful sandy beaches, great for
walking, exploring and tide pooling.  We have also discovered a great place for viewing the Great Horned Owl at night.  Just ask and we will tell you about it.  We also have a great flashlight for viewing them.  

This home is completely furnished and well equipped with cooking
utensils, dishes, microwave, crock pot, blender, expresso coffee
machine, roasting pan, waffle iron, dishwasher, washer, dryer,
linens, blankets, pillows, towels for eight people. TV/VCR/DVD
AM/Fm radio in the living room**, wireless internet, streaming netflix for free movies, fireplace with firewood, Hot Tub and a propane barbeque on lower deck.  King sided bed in Master bedroom, queen beds in 2nd bedroom and loft.  Master bedroom and loft* have TV's. Pac n play for one infant located in master bedroom closet.
Bodega Harbour homes are within walking distance to the Clubhouse,
Restaurant, Golf and Doran Beach. Lots of DVD's, videos, and games.
*Third bedroom is actually a loft and does provide privacy.  
High Chair and a pac n play. Wireless internet and free long distance US and Canada.  Free streaming Netflix for free movies.  PC laptop provided.
Two adults bikes in garage to be used at your own risk.
One dog allowed with prior permission and a $60 non refundable fee, no cats please.

canoeing. Russian River Wineries, Craft Shops, Antique Stores and
Art. Galleries in Bodega Bay and the nearby Villages of Bodega,
Valley Ford, Tomales, Freestone*, Occidental, Jenner and Duncan
Mills. Boat lauch facilities. Over ten miles of Oceanfront
Parklands. Explore Armstrong Redwoods, Bird Walk Refuge, U.C.Bodega
Marine Laboratory, Chanslor Ranch Wetlands, Duncan Mills Museum,
Historical Korbel Champagne Cellars, Point Reyes National Seashore.
Check out the Freestone Bakery*. Our personal favorite Restaurants
are the Seaweed Cafe, The Wharf and The Sandpiper. Napa Valley is a
