Vacation Rental Description

This single story attached Villa is located on the 18th Fairway with  
a beautiful water view.  A large pond lies between the Villa and the  
Fairway - just feet away from your tiled enclosed lanai.  
 
Enjoy a round of golf and then just sit in the lanai and watch the  
amazing variety of Florida birds feeding at the pond. And yes, you  
may well see a gator or two in the pond (have no fear-no pets or  
persons have been reported consumed yet). 
 
We pay your club membership so you can enjoy all of Tara Golf and  
Country Club's many benefits including free (except cart fee) golf.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master bedroom has Queen bed. Large Master bathroom. Second bedroom  
has twin beds. Full bathroom adjacent to second bedroom.  Large den  
open to main living area. Ceiling fans throughout. 
 
Ceramic tile in Bathrooms.  Carpet in Master bedroom Light oak  
hardwood floors throughout remainder.  Fully furnished in  
Contemporary motif with all customary appliances and TVs. 
 
2-Car attached garage with garage door opener for convenient access  
and departure.  
 

Activities and Attractions

A heated swimming pool for the Twelve Oaks Community is just a few  
steps from your front door.  A larger heated pool and and hot tub  
are located at the Clubhouse - an easy walk from your Villa. 
 
Enjoy Tara Golf and Country Club's fine restaurant and lounge,  
tennis courts, exercise room and, of course, golf. 
 
Sarasota's many cultural events and the magnificent gulf coast  
beaches are within an hour's drive (no, not a half hour in winter  
traffic) and the many Tampa and Orlando attractions are about 1 hour  
and 2 hours respectively

Vacation Rental Rates

January through March     $3100/month 
April through December    $1600/month 
                           $500.00 security deposit 
10.5% combined state and local tax on less than six month lease. 
$200 transfer fee to utilize Tara Golf and Country Club membership.  No fee for villa rental alone.
