Vacation Rental Description

Located between Rosemary and Alyce Beach, Seacrest Beach Resort is ideal for singles as well as 
families. 'Caught in the Sun' is on the back side of the resort with green space behind the house 
which means privacy on the back deck. The quiet atmosphere lends itself to a wonderful get-away!

A one story, open floor plan with a large grand room, dining and kitchen area is ready to 
accommodate the renter on entry. A long hallway flows through the house and opens to the back deck. 
Two bedrooms and baths are on the right side and the master bedroom and bath is on the left side of 
the hallway. Two large closets are in the hallway, one for the washer and dryer and the other for 
storage. The master bath has double sinks, a separate water closet, Jacuzzi tub and shower.

A covered front porch with a sitting area is great for a time of reading and watching. The large 
back covered deck may be accessed from the hallway, master bedroom or the back bedroom on the right.

The resort has many amenities including cart service to our deeded beach and pool, a water fountain 
play area, shopping and restaurants. Bike rentals are available throughout the Seacrest area and 
there are plenty of beach activities.
