Top floor of main house has three bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Double and
2 twins)and a full bath. Large deck off master bedroom with great
ocean views.
Main floor has a great kitchen with Corian counters, separate wine
refrigerator and wet bar, half bath, main living room and
separate dining room. Main deck is accessible through the main
living area.
Attached apartment has a huge bedroom (with two double beds!) and a
full bath. Also, the separate living area has a queen-sized sleeper
sofa. A full kitchen and bar are also in the apartment.
The washer and dryer are available to both areas of the house within
the hallway connecting the two units.
