take a breather while you travel through magnificent central Italy.

This bi-level, high-ceiling jewel is located in a 13th-century
building once owned by the family of famous local poet Jacopone da
Todi. With over 800 square feet of space, this is a comfortable
vacation home ideal for an individual, a couple, or even a family of
four! Sofa-bed on the main level sleeps the kids while downstairs you
enjoy a gorgeous bedroom complete with alcove closet. Bedroom leads
into a studio/office with arched ceiling and computer connections, in
case you can’t completely abandon work while you’re on vacation!

Back on the main level, a small but full-use kitchen boasts a large
refrigerator and marble sink. Large windows in the dining/living area
let in lots of light. Double-sink bathroom features corner shower
stall and lovely fixtures.

Two main entrances ensure safety, with the downstairs exit leading
out to a pedestrian-only street. From here the cathedral of San
Fortunato is in plain view. La Rocca gardens, the highest point in
Todi, is a stone’s throw away. Amble down to the main town square for
coffee bars, restaurants, and shops.

Beautiful pieces furnish this home and it is very tastefully
decorated.
