A Reservation/Security deposit is due at the time of reservation to
confirm your booking. The deposit must be received with the first
rental fee payment (50%) within fourteen (14) days of the booking
in order to hold your reservation. The balance is due thirty (30)
days before the check-in date. The deposit automatically converts
to a security/damage deposit upon arrival and will be refunded
upon inspection of the home after checkout.
Reservations are not confirmed until a signed Rental Agreement,
which includes the Rental Rules is received.
Cancellation Policy/Refunds
Refunds will be made for reservations cancelled at least thirty
(30) days before the check-in date. Cancellations
inside the thirty (30) day window will mean the forfeiture of the
security deposit.
