vacation rental.  The home has water access (2 minute walk), including 
boat/jet ski slips.  Our guests have easy access to boat launch 
amenities.  Bring your boat or rent your own and you'll have all the comfort and 
convenience of lake living.

Weekly Rentals start at $1000.00
Sunday check in 4:00PM
Sunday check out by 10:00AM

Weekend Rentals (if available) start at $500.00
Friday check in at 4:00PM
Sunday check out by 10:00AM

A Reservation/Security deposit is due at the time of reservation to 
confirm your booking.  The deposit must be received with the first 
rental fee payment (50%) within fourteen (14) days of the booking 
in order to hold your reservation.  The balance is due thirty (30) 
days before the check-in date.  The deposit automatically converts 
to a security/damage deposit upon arrival and will be refunded 
upon inspection of the home after checkout. 

Reservations are not confirmed until a signed Rental Agreement, 
which includes the Rental Rules is received.

Cancellation Policy/Refunds

Refunds will be made for reservations cancelled at least thirty 
(30) days before the check-in date.  Cancellations 
inside the thirty (30) day window will mean the forfeiture of the 
security deposit.
