convenient to enjoy boating, fishing, golf, nature, tennis, surfing,

* The Manatee Scenic Cruise and Marine Discovery Center (5 minutes

Onsite rental office and management is on call 24 hours a day.

Holiday and Special Events require a three night minimum stay and 
rental rates will increase $35 per night. All rates quoted above are 
for Rental Charges. All rentals are subject to 6.5% state tax and 6% 
county tax. Advance reservations required. We do not accept credit 
cards. $300 security deposit refundable 15 days after departure. 
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 
Renters are responsible for a one-time ($70) cleaning fee upon 
departure.
 
ALL WEEKLY RENTALS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, unless special 
arrangements are made in advance. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Late 
check out ( 2:00 p.m.) available at office: $50 charge.
