enjoyable and trouble free vacation. Come relax and enjoy everything 
that Arizona has to offer including the beautiful sunsets you can 
enjoy from your private patio. You won't find a better location. 
Close to Sky Harbor, Superstition Springs Mall, Baseball Training 
facilities, Harkins Theaters, great restaurants such as PF Chang's, 
BJ's Brewery and many more. Excellent freeway access to get you 
anywhere in the valley quickly. We look forward to having you as our 
guest and hope you enjoy your home away from home.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished with a king size bed in the master and a queen in 
the 2nd bedroom plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Full 
size washer/dryer and all linens provided. All the comforts of home. 
Cable, basic phone and high speed internet provided. Not to mention 
the 1 car garage for your convenience and safety. Maid service 
available at an additional cost.

Activities and Attractions

Everything you could want within walking distance or a very short 
drive. Shopping, restaurants, golf, hiking, spring training 
facilities, movie theaters, lakes or just relax in the pool or 
jacuzzi.

Vacation Rental Rates

May  -  October    $700.00 per week or $1950.00 per month
November  - April   $800.00 per week or $2300.00 per month

$100.00 non refundable cleaning fee
$500.00 refundable damage deposit
Both due upon booking
