Last Min Cancellation Means That WE ARE OPEN ALL SUMMER - For Those Looking For A Long Term Rental!!

Now taking year round reservations to share our lovely 4 bedroom two 
bath light and bright cape style home on the Vineyard. 

All you need to enjoy your time on island is included: BBQ, VCR, 
TVs, washer and dryer, internet, printer, extensive cooking 
supplies, bath towels, beach towels and blankets,videos, books and 
more. Rental includes garbage disposal and normal cleaning/turnover.
Home features One Queen, 4 Twins and One Full sized bed.

Just under 1 mile from Circuit Avenue and 1.3 miles to the beach.

July            2008     $2400/week
August          2008     $2500/week
Off Peak                 $275 Night
Rates include all expenses except $400 refundable security deposit.
All peak season rentals are Sunday - Sunday
Also available for off-season at just $275/night with a three night 
minimum(sleeps 8 max).
