Vacation Rental Description

Experience the lush surroundings and appointments of Harbor Mist.   
 
This exciting home is located in Gulfport's Marina District, just  
blocks from the beautiful sandy beach and the Historic Art  
District.  The backyard is completely private, fully landscaped with  
outdoor lighting, wood deck equipped with gas grill, large table and  
pation chairs.  The yard is ideal for entertaining or just absorbing  
the sun's rays or sitting by the dolphin fountain that splashes into  
the pond.  There is also an outdoor shower to wash away the sand  
after a day at the beach.  There is ample parking and even a space  
to park a boat if you bring one.  
   
The backyard can be seen from the double glass patio doors that lead  
from the kitchen to the deck.  The remodeled kitchen is completely  
equipped, including dishwasher, glass stove top, ice cream maker,  
and other equipment and utensils to delight a would-be chef.  All  
floors are tiled.  The living room has ample seating and a sofa- 
sleeper for additional guests.  There are 2 dable TV's, DVD players,  
etc., and unllimited anytime telephoning in the U.S. and Canada.   
All rooms are freshly painted and decorated. 
 
Launch your boat or kayak from the public boat ramp.  Take a trip  
through a local charter company or take a beginner's or advanced  
course in sailing! 
 
Pick pink or yellow grapefruit from our trees December thru  
May!  Lather up in your lovely outdoor shower after your jog in the  
nearby nature park!

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates below based on 7 night stays.  Shorter stays are available, nightly rate higher. 2-night  
min. 
 
May - July 08 
      $100 per night plus tax & cleaning 
August - November 08 
     $90 night plus tax & cleaning 
Dec 08 - Apr 09 
     $125 night plus tax & cleaning 
 
All rates above subject to $85 departure cleaning fee. 
 
All rates and the departure cleaning fee are subject to 12%  
state/county taxes. 
 
All rates are for 6 persons maximum.  Additional guests may be  
permitted with prior permission and additional fees. 
 
Please call or email about discounts for longer stays - they are  
available!  Also, until confirmed, all rates subject to change  
without notice. 
 
RESERVATION DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT:   
One week or less: $300: balance due 3 weeks prior 
Longer than one week up to one month: $500 balance due 3 weeks prior 
Longer than one month: $700 balance due 60 days prior 
 
The deposit may be paid via cash, cashier's check, money order,  
traveler's checks (US funds only) or VISA, Mastercard, American  
Express  or Discover via PayPal.  The reservation deposit is applied  
against the total due. 
 
CANCELLATIONS:   
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit all monies  
paid.  Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival  
will result in a refund of the deposit, less a $100 handling fee.   
Reservations not paid in full prior to final payment due date will  
be cancelled.  No refunds given for early departures.  
 
CHANGES:  There is a $50 charge for modification of a confirmed  
reservation. 
 
PAYMENT:  All rates are in US Funds and are payable in US funds. 
 
From $60 to $206 per night depending on time of year and length of stay.  ($60 per night based on  
1  
month stay August - November and $206 nightly rate based on 2 night stay December through April.   
Weekly stays average $118 per night, taxes and departure cleaning included.)
