The home is private with a fenced back yard complete with wood deck, shade trees, patio, landscaping, small pond, outdoor lighting, outdoor shower.  View the landscaped backyard through the glass patio doors as you prepare your meals and dine at the table that seats 6.  The kitchen also has a par pass-through to the living are with bar height chairs.  Fresh, cool paint colors and tile floors.  The kitchen is full furnished with pots/pans/dishes/cooking utensils and includes a dishwasher.  Lots of counter prep space and undercounter lighitng.  Suitable for families or couples.  2 bedrooms with bed, dresser, ceiling fan and closet.  Master bedroom has a wall-mounted TV with Brighthouse cable.  Pull-out sleeper sofa sleeps 2.  Pick delicious grapefruit from our trees December to April!

May - July $868 per week includes tax & cleaning
August - November - $801 per week includes tax & cleaning
Dec - April - $1002 per week includes tax & cleaning
All rates above subject to $85 departure cleaning fee.
All rates and the departure cleaning fee are subject to 12%
state/county taxes.
All rates are for 6 persons maximum. Additional guests may be
permitted with prior permission and additional fees.

available! Also, until confirmed, all rates subject to change
without notice.
RESERVATION DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT:
One week or less: $300: balance due 60 days prior
Longer than one week up to one month: $500 balance due 60 days prior
Complete policies will be provided separately.
The deposit may be paid via cash, cashier's check, money order,
traveler's checks (US funds only) or VISA, Mastercard, American
Express or Discover via PayPal. The reservation deposit is applied
against the total due.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit all monies
paid. Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival
will result in a refund of the deposit, less a $100 handling fee.
Reservations not paid in full prior to final payment due date will
be cancelled. No refunds given for early departures.
CHANGES: There is a $50 charge for modification of a confirmed
reservation.
PAYMENT: All rates are in US Funds and are payable in US funds.
From $60 to $206 per night depending on time of year and length of stay. ($60 per night based on

month stay August - November and $206 nightly rate based on 2 night stay December through April.
Weekly stays average $118 per night, taxes and departure cleaning included.)
