Our golf course resort home located in a quiet gated community is clean and bright
with beautiful views of mountains and golf course. Relax in
great room with media center, CD/DVD and large 42 inch screen TV
complete with NFL & NHL and HBO movies etc DirectTV package.
Designer kitchen with granite counters, top of line appliances and
breakfast bar is fully stocked with all utensils & ready for you to
move in and enjoy.
Queen sized bed in the Master bedroom, with a trundle bed for two in
the 2nd bedroom; a sofa bed pullout is in place in the 3rd. Master
bath has large soaking tub & separate shower. Enjoy outside dining
and grilling with new the Weber gas grill, or simply relaxing on the
large patio.
Washer & dryer in laundry room. Two car garage; this is a non-
smoking property.
We pride ourselves in keeping this property pristine; inside & out.

Home amenities: Kitchen - GE Profile refrigerator, gas range,
dishwasher,microwave, fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, cooking
utensils, toaster, & coffee maker. All bed linens and towels
provided. Washer, dryer & iron and board provided; home has soft
water and an R/O drinking water system.
Home is single level, wheelchair accessible; ceiling fans throughout
including two on the outside covered deck that runs the width of the
home. A very comfortable home with all the upgrades for your
enjoyment!
Community Center and Country Club amenities: A nominal fee provides
access to Community Center fitness center. Lighted tennis courts at
both Country Clubs, and Anthem Community Center. Establishing an
account with the Anthem Country Club, will allow you to enjoy lunch,
dinner or just drinks at two different Country Club houses, both with
spectacular views and cuisine. The newer "Ironwood" Country Club
facility just opened less two years ago; offers an impressive
restaurant and bar...and fitness centres, with outdoor heated pools
and spas.
Country Club rules do not allow exclusive access to facilities
without a rental of 3 months or more; however, for an additional fee,
guest privledges may be established.

The community of Anthem can provide all of your needs with shops,
restaurants, walking and biking paths. The community park offers
ponds with catch/release fishing. Anthem's Community Center offers
a fitness facility with indoor basketball and even a rock climbing
wall.
Anthem is 40 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, 20 minutes from
Phoenix and Scottsdale, 60 minutes to Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon or
a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Located in it's own valley north of
the city, Anthem is a great "home base" or gateway to enjoy and explore all the
Arizona has to offer.

June 2009 - September 2009: $550/week; $1450/month
October 2009 - April 2010 $850/week; $2300/month

All utilities, Directv services (including NHL, NFL packages and HBO and other movie channels), internet access, landscaping services...are included - there is no telephone on the premise, but can be attained with proper notice (at an additional expense)

Stays that include holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years week)
have special rates; please inquire on your vacation needs during
those times.

A security deposit of $1000 is required along with a signed contact,
for all reservations. A fixed cleaning fee of $80.00 will be deducted from your security deposit.
