mile marker 87.2 in the Florida Keys. Sleeps 8. Two bedrooms
and a loft sleeping area are located on the second floor. Master
bedroom has a queen-size bed and two single beds. Other bedroom has
two beds with a balcony. Sofa bed in the living room. TV sets in
each room. Large living room and family room downstairs extend out
to quaint terrace area with barbecue grill with outdoor breakfast
table and two Adirondac chairs for sunbathing. Storage for fishing
gear and beach accessories. Two bikes and kayak for two
kept on the premises. No smoking or pets.

Twenty-four hour security with gate. Heated pool, small beach,
fishing/boat dock, clubhouse, and tennis courts. Unit has central
air conditioning, new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and
exterior barbecue grill. Kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with
cooking utensils, silverware, glasses, cups, microwave, toaster, and
coffee maker. Linens, bath towels, cable tv, and television sets,
am/fm stereo/cd player, vcr/dvd player, are provided.

Resort setting. Short walk to beach, tennis courts, pool, boat dock/fishing area within the
complex. Easy access for snorkeling and kayaking. Swimming and tennis in Club facilities. Walk next
door to Founder's park, which includes a resort beach, large boat dockage and refueling, cycling
trails, exercise/walking trail, soccer and softball fields, volleyball, skate boarding ramps, and
large Olympic pool with diving facilities. Boat rentals available nearby at the Tiki Bar Marina.
Close to supermarket, pharmacy, cinema, and community hospital. Just a few minutes drive, boat ride
or bike ride to area restaurants.

Available for seasonal rental at $2,850 per month, beginning December 2008, with $350 security
deposit.

Annual Rental available at $1,850 per month or negotiable terms, with one month deposit, and subject
to rental contract.
