away from a sandy beautiful beach. Reserved parking immediately by 
the doorstep. The property is on the first floor. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Villa Del Sol has heated pool, close access to a beautiful, sandy 
beach, and nearby bicycle paths, convenience stores and gasoline 
stations for your convenience. The property has nearby restaurants 
for both full service and take out, convenient for all meals 
throughout the day. A well remodeled and well kept property, 
convenient to the major highways.

Activities and Attractions

Various Activities are on the premesis, such as pool aerobics. An 
excellent place for long walks, running, and various forms of other 
exercise, such as bicycling on the many designated paths.

Vacation Rental Rates

The most affordable rates on the property and on the island, for a 
beautifully remodeled and well furnished condo. Off Season rates are 
$1,100 per month, and during season $2,100 per month. The condo 
offers ground floor access, with designated parking conveniently 
located by the front door. Pay Pal is a possible option for 
payments. Currently the property will probably be rented through 
12/07; however, please inquire where everything is possibly subject 
to change.
