Vacation Rental Description

 This four-bedroom home all with private full baths and heated pool* is located in the most lovely,  
quiet, private residential neighborhood in the new Singleton Beach community. As an added bonus with  
this rental, access to Player's Club Fitness Center is provided. Upon your arrival, you will find a  
pin number which will allow access for your stay.  
 
Before even entering the home you are exposed to beautiful landscaping of flowers and plants of the  
low country around a southern lagoon with working fountain, which has a stone bench providing a  
place to enjoy the scenery.  
 
Upon entering the light pastel green Charlestonian home you step onto a stone floor that continues  
up the stairway that has a detailed light cream swirl design. Every room in this home is adorned  
with huge oil paintings on canvas of exotic flowers, as well as framed paintings of scenes of the  
beach and low country. The great room has a gray leather couch with matching recliner chair, a glass  
coffee table with the bottom part made up of mosaic square multi-colored stone squares and a  
matching side table. The large flat screen TV is mounted above a gas fireplace and there is a TV,  
DVD and a five-CD disc changer with large modern speakers for greater listening. Two large seagull  
birds form the base of an oval shaped glass table in the back of the couch and a leaf shaped cloth  
fan is in the middle of the ceiling of this room. 
 
The whole backside of the room has large windows that look out onto a large balcony and the Southern  
pines and trees in the backyard. The dining area is on a raised platform of the stone floor and has  
a round glass table with a cream stone base and five light wooden chairs. The kitchen with granite  
countertops and stone floors has all brand new modern appliances. Two iron back bar stools with  
brown leather seats are at the bar area of the countertop. A separate utility to room off of the  
kitchen contains a full washer and dryer, a large sink and plenty of extra cabinet space. 
 
The first bedroom is located on the first floor. A double bed with a pretty floral bedspread sits in  
the middle of the room with a dark wooden bed stand and palmetto tree prints adorning the walls and  
TV. There is balcony access in this room through French doors. The bathroom can also be accessed  
through the hallway and has stone floors, a stand up shower enclosed in glass and balcony access as  
well.  
 
The other three bedrooms are all located on the second floor. In the hallway of the second floor is  
a sitting area. A faux-suede comfy couch, which can fold out into a sleeper sofa, two soft sitting  
chairs, and a dark wooden side table with TV make up this area. The first bedroom has a king bed  
with wooden headboard and lovely light cream bedspread. A green wicker armoire holds a flat screen  
TV and there is a matching long dresser. The bathroom has stone floors, granite countertops and a  
standup shower enclosed in glass. 
 
The second bedroom has two double beds with blue and white-stripped bed covers and boasts a complete  
nautical theme. Signed Willard Bond sailing paintings are above each bed, as well as a large multi- 
colored beautiful sailboat paintings and two lights in the shape of lighthouses with sailboats  
painted on the shades; one on the nightstand and one on the dresser. The bathroom has a combination  
shower/tub, stone floors, and granite countertops. A large walk-in closet has lots of drawers and  
shelves and a TV is mounted on the wall. 
 
The Master bedroom with King bed with an attractive floral bedspread has lots of windows that look  
out onto the Low Country trees and access to a private balcony with table and two detailed green  
leaf design wrought iron sitting chairs. A very large wooden dark wooden dresser matches the armoire  
that holds a flat screen TV. The master bathroom with granite countertops and stone floors has his  
and her sinks with two gold colored framed mirrors above each. There is a standup shower with glass  
door and large spa tub that has views of the South Carolina fauna in the backyard. 
 
Access to the downstairs pool area is through either the second floor balcony or two-car garage. The  
pool is covered on top, yet open in front. A bar table with three stools, a sink area, patio chairs,  
a gas grill and speakers connected to the upstairs six CD changer all surround the pool in this  
private enclosed gated garden area. A large clock with mosaic design around it rests above the bar  
table. There is also a hot tub next to the pool and patio. 
 
This designer decorated, luxurious, elegant Southern style home decorated with artwork and scenes of  
the ocean, beach, palmetto palm trees and beautiful flowers are a vacationers paradise. Enjoying  
this home for a week (or more) will grant you with comfort, relaxation and a truly unique vacation  
experience. 
 
Less than a block away is the town's newest public park with tennis courts, basketball courts,  
baseball and soccer fields. Beyond the town park is the beach access with metered parking which can  
be driven to in little more than a minute, bicycled to in three minutes or chauffeured** to via golf  
cart dedicated to supporting this new community of exclusive homes.  
 
**This home situated in a small complex of beautiful homes and offers a private golf cart shuttle to  
the beach Memorial Day through Labor Day 2008, but does NOToperate on Saturdays. *Pool heated upon  
request at an additional charge with two weeks advance notice. 
** Parking limited to four cars.
