Jupiter Ocean and Racquet Club is the perfect Snow-Bird and Vacation
location. It is a only a half block from the ocean and Jupiter's
Beach. The Searise B building is the closest unit to the beach. This
unit is on the 4th floor (top floor) and offers convenience and
privacy. The unit is clean and furnished and is open, bright and
airy. Your screened balcony overlooks the pool and a pond with a
lighted waterfall. It offers complete privacy from view of other
buildings. You'll appreciate the privacy both day and night. The
kitchen has an open counter and breakfast bar and is
accessorized with all new appliances, dishes, silverware, cutlery,
cookware ect.
The bedroom has a kingsize bed, linens, double dresser, large closet
and full bath. The living room has a queen pull out Natuzzi Leather
sofa-bed for additional guests.

Elevator in each building. 2 heated swimming pools. Semi-Private
Tennis Club on premises with 15 clay courts and separate swimming
pool that requires a monthly or seasonal membership. Bicycle path
and paved road winds through complex for exercise and convenient
access to the ocean road. Unit has two TV's, VCR/DVD, coffee maker
clothes washer and dryer, iron and board and new vacuum cleaner.

Jupiter's Ocean Beach Road is only steps away from your door.
The Jupiter Inlet Jetty and Carlin Park are 2 blocks north on the
ocean road, hosts occasional concerts and events with covered picnic
facilities and BOCCE Courts.
Dubois Park at the Jupiter Inlet is my personal favorite location.
(1 1/2 miles north) It offers complete picnic facilites under palm
trees and overlooks the Jupiter Lighthouse and the turquoise Jupiter
Inlet waterway and watch the million $$ yachts cruise by. There are
new bath houses and bathrooms, a children's swimming hole and a
guarded bathing beach all safely patrolled by Sheriff's Patols
throughout the day.
There are many excellent and unique restaurants overlooking the
inlet
and inter-coastal waterway. Only minutes away you'll find
supermarkets, Golds Gym, 8-Cinema-plex, restaurants, Burt Reynolds
Theatre and individual shops that are part of the
developing "Riverwalk."
You can catch professional pre-season baseball for the Marlins and
Cardnals about 7 miles to the S.W. at Rodger Dean Stadium at Abacoa,
a very unique community. Palm Beach Gardens Mall offers a terrific
shopping experience about 5 miles south on PGA Blvd.
West Palm Beach International is 15 miles south, the upscale
grandeur of Palm Beach is 20 miles south and the excitement and
nightlife of Miami Beach is 75 miles south. This is one beautiful
place to escape from the long, cold winter. Brrrrrr!

In-Season Rate: January, February, March @ $2800. per month.
Mid-Season- December and April @ $2000. per month
Off-Season Rate- $1500. per month depending on length of stay.
Seasonal Rate includes utilities and basic phone and cable.
A $75.00 parking fee is due and paid directly to JORC association
office. Cleaning Fee: $100.00
A $500.00 Security Deposit due at acceptance, will be retuned after
cleaning inspection and return of keys.
First months rent is due upon acceptance. Balance due within 30 days
of occupancy. No pets please. No smoking!
