Vacation Rental Description

This waterfront home is located in a lovely neighborhood on a  
deep water canal. Boat lift, dock , and fish cleaning station in the  
backyard.  At the end of the canal is Lemon Bay.   
            No bridges to the bay.  
      
           This home is newly furnished.  
It is comfortable and spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, split  
floor plan that has 2000 square feet under air to stretch out and  
relax. In season, pick your own fresh fruit.  The home is  
landscaped with orange, grapefruit, lemon and papaya trees.  
 
Master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath,                 
walk in closet, sitting/reading area and TVw/cable&DVD. 
Second bedroom with queen size bed. 
Third bedroom with twin beds. 
Living room has sleeper sofa. 
Galley styled kitchen with breakfast bar. 
Formal dining area seats 6-8. 
Casual dining area seats 4 and more. 
Washer and dryer. 
Gas grill on patio.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Just a few minutes by boat from the backyard to Lemon Bay and  
Stump Pass, then you are on the Gulf of Mexico. The gulf is less  
than 2 miles away.  The bay and gulf offer some of the finest  
fishing in the world.  Close to Boca Grande and world champion  
tarpon fishing.  Englewood Beach is just a mile and half by foot  
(or car). 
 
Privately owned family restaurant within walking distance,  
serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also, many restaurants  
located nearby. Some local favorites are Barnacle Bill's, Gulf  
View (with nightly gulf view sunset seating), Mama's(Italian),  
Lock and Key, Blue Lagoon, Dew Fall Inn, The Frosty Mug and  
many waterside Tiki bars with live and local entertainment. 
 
Shopping centers in Englewood are less than 2 miles away.  
Historic downtown Englewood has many small unique shops  
with an artistic cultural flair and is only 3 miles away.   
 
Large shopping mall in Port Charlotte just 15 minutes south. 
Sarasota shopping malls just 25 minutes north.  Stop by the  
famous Orvis Tumbler factory on your way. 
 
Sarasota Airport is a 45 minute trip north.  Fort Myers Airport is 1  
hour south.  Tampa Bay/St Pete is also 1 1/2 hours away, north.

Vacation Rental Rates

May - December $750  per week      $2100 per month 
January - April $850 per week      $2500 per month 
 
Price includes six persons. 
Plus 10% tourist tax. 
Discounts available for more than one months booking. 
Non refundable cleaning fee of $75. 
Security deposit of $300 is due upon making your Reservation. 
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days  
prior to arrival. 
Total Payment is due 30 days before check-in. 
Smoking on Patio Only. 
All rates are subject to change without notice until receipt of  
confirmation.
