Vacation Rental Description

Delray Racquet Club (Lavers) is just 5 minutes from the relaxing 
beautiful beaches of Delray and 10 minutes from the galleries and 
restaurants of Delray's Atlantic Avenue.

This Two bedroom/Two bath condo in the tennis club is a bright, 
contemporary featuring fully tiled floors and a screened lanai.  
Sleeps four.  Queen beds in both the master bedroom and in second 
bedroom, a split level separating each.

Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled recently.  Fully 
furnished with many new items, air conditioning/heating unit with 
about 1200 sq. feet of living space.  Full kitchen and laundry room 
complete the place.  Sit outside on the semi private veranda, near 
beatiful plantings and catch the warm rising sun this winter.

Designated off-street parking spot is provided, steps to the 
apartment.

It's a non-smoking unit and pets ar not permitted.

Vacation Rental Amenities

-Cable TV, New TV's, local phone service, DVD, microwave, dishwasher,
  coffeemaker, toaster, cookware, plates, and utensils are all        
provided.  

Linens and towels are also provided.  Full size washer/dryer.  Beach 
chairs too.

Activities and Attractions

The Club has two heated pools and jacuzzi.  Its perfect for  tennis 
players, walkers, bikers, and sunbathers alike.

Delray racquet Club (lavers) is a quiet community of five story 
condominium buildings set in the midst of small ponds and 20+ Har-Tru 
tennis courts, just minutes from fun shopping, casual restaurants, or 
the movies on Linton Blvd/Dixie Highway.  All the comforts of home.

Delray is a special town.  Not resting on its laurels, it improves 
every year.  There's upscale dining, art galleries, boutiques, and 
plenty of music during Thursday's Jazz Night on Atlantic Avenue.  
Delray can be an exciting town when the sun goes down with a flair 
and a sophistication.

Voted "All American City" for a second year, Delray is located 
between Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale on Florida's Southeast Coast.

Boca Raton is just minutes south and South Beach/Miami is less than 
an hour's drive.
