Casa de Campo Golf Villa in Dominican Republic

This is a newly renovated five bedroom villa with pool and jacuzzi. It
is located on the 11th hole of The Links golf course. It is a 10
minute walk to the Casa de Campo Hotel and a 15 minute walk to Minitas
Beach.

The villa is an open style design full of Caribbean architectural
features. The centerpiece is a 30’ x 30’ family room, with a vaulted
beamed ceiling that peaks at 30 feet. There are four ceiling fans in
this space.Two sides of this family room are floor to ceiling sliding
glass doors, one of which which opens onto to a patio and lawn
leading to the golf course.

All furnishings in the villa are new. They include furniture and
objects d’art from Bali, Thailand, Brazil, and of course the Dominican
Republic.

Adjacent to the family room is the dining area. The focal point of the
dining area is a huge table that seats ten. It was custom made in
nearby La Romana

Like the entire villa, the kitchen is all new with marble counter
tops, stainless steel appliances and a pass-thru window to the pool.

The pool and jacuzzi are set in a coral tile deck. It is fenced in so
it is totally private. At the pool there are lounges, a teak table,
six rattan chairs and a giant umbrella. Also, there is a BBQ grill.

This villa has a total of five full bedrooms. There is also a maid’s
quarters and full laundry facility.

Three bedrooms have king sized beds, the other two have two double
beds each. Total number of beds in the villa is seven. All beds have
400 thread all-cotton sheets, cotton blankets to assure maximum
sleeping comfort.

Each bedroom also has an overhead fan, mahogany louvered windows and
large closets. Each also has it’s own remote controlled
air-conditioning unit and marble tiled private bathroom. Two bedrooms
have private outdoor tropical showers adjacent to the bathroom.

There is cable TV and a DVD player in each bedroom and the family
room. Also, in the family room here is also a 70 watt audio system.

There is a an excellent supermarket at the Casa de Campo Marina where
guests can pick up all their needs including wine, liquor and beer.

The maid who is on duty 8 hours a day and a property manager assure
maximum guest satisfaction. The maid prepares a light breakfast every
morning and cleans the entire villa everyday.

There is also an English speaking manager who serves as a concierge of
sorts. Helps with any special needs (e.g. babysitter, local touring
ideas, airport transportation, etc.)

Arrangements can be made for baby sitters, and a cook and any other
special needs such as chauffers, masseuses, etc.

Transportation: Casa de Campo is a sprawling resort, the most distant
point being Altos de Chavón. Much of Casa de Campo is within walking
distance of this villa or a short ride on the Casa de Campo bus. Many
people rent golf carts from the hotel for their visits. They are
about $35 a day.(If there are no carts available to rent, the villa
manager can often find one to rent privately)

The location is ideal not only for golfers but also family vacations.
It is close to or has easy access to all of Casa de Campo activities:
tennis, the beach, shooting, riding, Altos de Chavón, and the new Casa
de Campo Marina.

May guests also make day trips to neighboring town, beaches, baseball
parks and Santo Domingo.
