5nts = $135 per night = $675
6nts = $125 per night = $750
7nts+ = $115 per night = $805

MONTHLY = $2,700 per month - 
$2,600/mo(2 months rental) - 
$2,500/mo(3 months rental) 3 Guests maximum...
includes amenities and utilities - Capped at $300 per month.

$250 Reservation/Security Deposit to hold dates on credit card.
$500 for New Years Holiday, reservations 4 Months in advance or 1 month+ stays. 
Deposit is Refundable after satisfactory inspection of home.

Full Balance due (rental cost) 30 days PRIOR with credit card payment.
Payment by Check due 45 days PRIOR.

CANCEL POLICY:
Cancel forfeits Deposit - NO Refunds.
Cancel 60 days PRIOR = 25% of Rent Fee + deposit.
Cancel 30 days PRIOR = 50% of Rent Fee + deposit.
If we rent out the same dates cancelled, fee will be returned in full.
NO refunds for NO shows, same day cancel and early departures.
Cancel notice must be in writing (E-Mail).
Confirmed dates and Total Cost of stay amount is FINAL at reservation.
