Our villa, which is south facing, has a central position
to the larger than average lake.and so has sunshine all day long. Very spacious, air conditioned (with ceiling fans for added comfort ) Furnished to a very high
standard throughout. The master bedroom has a large Queen bed ,large
dresser/mirror and two nightstands,2 lamps, T.V /DVD, cream swival
chair, The en-suite bathroom,has  a separate oval
bathtub also a double vanity unit and a large Hollywood style wall
mirror and a wall cupboard for toiletries,a separate walk in shower and separate toilet, a sliding door for extra privacy to the bathroom.

The master bedroom leads onto it's own private sitting room where there is a sofa,hi-fi
system and a games table which includes chess, backgammon etc, a
cream swival chair,and a beautiful view of the lake.

The second bedroom has a large Queen bed,two nightstands,two lamps,a closet,an
armoire with drawers, this also has another flat screen TV.

The third bedroom has twin beds, closet and nightstand,two lamps, also a small table.

 The family bathroom situated between the second and third bedrooms,with bath and shower incorporated, toilet and single vanity unit, wall cupboard (for toiletries)l also
find  storage cupboard for towels. Top quality"Christy Oddessy" bath, hand towels and face clothes are brand new each year

The large lounge has a two seat sofa and three seat sofa, small tables,telephone and upgraded cable TV. DVD player and a book librarywith over 200 brand new books. The formal dining area has a dark cherry table and chairs and seats six people.

 All rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances large and small and has a separate nook area which has an extendable table and four chairs. 

The utility room has a  washing machine and separate dryer, iron and ironing board.

The pool (which is south facing) is 35ft long and has two decorative
water fountains. It is heatable at an extra cost during the winter months. The large covered lanai (with ceiling fan) provides shade and has two tables and six
chairs. Sun loungers are also on the pool deck

All rates include: sales/resort taxes, cleaning after departure, electricity, water, free internet and free phonecalls within the US/Canada. All towels and linens.

International calls require a prepaid phonecard

Cots / Highchairs can be placed in the villa prior to arrival, a
small fee will apply.

Rates are calculated for villa and not for number of people occupying.

A deposit of $185 per week of rental is due at the time of
booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to departure. Full payment
is required if booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to departure.
A security deposit of $454.00 is required and this will be
fully refundable after your return date providing no damage has been
sustained. Payment accepted in UK Sterling and American Dollars
only.
Pool heating is an additional cost of $140 (recommended from
November through to April/May )
Long term renters are welcome - discounts would apply.
