Vacation Rental Description

This newer two bedroom, two-bath condo has been tastefully renovated 
and refurbished. It is completely repainted and has new ceramic tile 
throughout. All the new furnishings make this a very comfortable 
home away from home. It has a private screened balcony off the 
living room and bedroom that overlooks a pristine nature preserve. 
The condo is situated in a quiet private complex on the beautiful 
island of Anna Maria, and is located just two blocks from 
spectacular white-sand beaches. There are shops, restaurants and a 
supermarket within walking distance. The free trolley bus across the 
street takes you all over the island to the wonderful beaches and 
restaurants that Anna Maria has to offer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo. There is a queen bed in one 
bedroom. The other bedroom has a full bed with a twin bunk on top 
and a trundle bed underneath. The living room has a sectional that 
includes a pull out queen sleeper. 

High speed internet access is provided.

Cable TV is included and the condo has two TV’s with DVD players. 
We have a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all new dishes, 
utensils, pots and pans and everything you need for cooking. The 
condo has its own washer and dryer. There is assigned covered 
parking underneath the condo. The heated outdoor pool is a great 
place to sit and relax. The private lanai is perfect for enjoying a 
meal and glass of wine in the evening.

Activities and Attractions

Anna Maria is renowned for its sugar-white coastline, emerald Gulf 
waters and quaint character. It is a completely unspoiled piece of 
paradise, untouched by high-rise developments. The island is a 
perfect family vacation spot and has three public fishing piers 
where locals and tourists gather to try their luck. Great shopping 
and dining are available on the island. More shopping is available 
at the luxurious St Armand’s Circle about ten miles away in 
Sarasota. Tampa airport and Busch gardens are less than one hour 
away. Within a two-hour drive you can enjoy a fun day at Walt Disney 
World, Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios, and Sea World.  There are 
public tennis courts nearby and plenty of golf courses within a 
short drive. The Bolliterri Tennis Academy is 20 minutes away. This 
Island has so much to offer for a perfect vacation. 

Vacation Rental Rates

May through December: $700/week or $2,500/month

January through April 2009: $900/week or $3,200/month
