Vacation Rental Description:
Our condo is not available January through March.  It is our home away from home.  Naples is just too lovely to be any where else.  Our condo
is set on the beautiful Glades Country
Club,and located very privately on a cul de sac. If you enjoy fishing,
there is a small pond loaded with largemouth bass only 25 feet from
our front steps.
The enchanting view from the lanai looks down the first
fairway of the golf course. The condo?s kitchen is fully equipped
with anything any cook would need. There are 3 TV?s and 2 DVD
players. The condo has been tastefully re-decorated. A place anyone
could totally relax in.   High speed internet, HBO and long distance phone service are included.

Vacation Rental Amenities:



The community offers all the amenities to enjoy the season in
Florida. Ten swimming pools, nine tennis courts, a clubhouse,
restaurant, pro shop, community events and social gatherings.
Located 8 min. from famous 5th Ave. 2-3 miles to the beach,
shopping, restaurants and all the nightlife Naples has to offer -
You will not find a more centrally located property for that price.
Everything that might be needed is no more than 3 miles away.

Activities and Attractions:
Golf, this is the best value in town. Really! Nowhere else in Naples
do rentals come with 2 private golf memberships for less money. See
further details below! Both, you and a partner can golf for no extra
green fees, you have the option to walk for free or cart rental for
$12, no hidden fees or requirements. That is the cheapest in Naples.

This condo is a 2 minute walk from the clubhouse, pro shop,
separate restaurant, main tennis courts, and pool - you can walk to
everything! For your pleasure you can access any of the multiple
swimming pools and 10 tennis courts within the community. Every
night there are community games and social activities planned. Water
aerobics, yoga and other physical are available each day. Weekly
trips for Glades residents are planned that are all-inclusive and
very reasonable. In other words, The Glades Country Club Community is
private, yet geared for families or retirees who are looking for
golf, tennis, and camaraderie during your vacation. Free
golf, pool, tennis, clubhouse, shuffle board, shopping, nature
excursions. Again: Renters don't pay to play golf but are required
to pay initial Glades Country Club fee! See below.

 $100.00 singular "Glades-Country-Club" rental fee
 $500.00 refundable security deposit (return 1-2 weeks after
check-out less damages)

Only if you are golfing:
Two people per unit will receive golfing privileges on both of the
Glades golf courses. There is no fee for playing golf. The only fees
you will be responsible for are cart fees (should you use a cart)and a
$ 10.00/Person fee
for your golf Identification card!
