Vacation Rental Description

Take in the awesome view of the lush tropical landscape around this 
pool and complex with its large fiber optic lighted pool with 700 
feet of lazy floating river surrounding it. Or take in the beach and 
all it has to offer along with a state of the art fitness/exercise 
center.  This new property shares amenities with the beach side 
property and has the best of both worlds.  

Located within walking distance of multiple restuarants, go-kart 
rentals, jet ski rentals, shops, fishing pier, island boardwalk, and 
the Gulfarium.  Within 1 mile of the large Publix grocery store and 
Block Buster Video stores. The convention center is less than 1/4 
mile from this complex.

This unit has 2 bedrooms with Kingsize beds + an additional bunk 
room with a standard size bed and a bunk bed which can sleep 3.  The 
unit will sleep 9 with the queen sofa sleeper.  This unit has a lot 
to offer for the money.  Family oriented complex, sure to please the 
kids.  It comes complete with its own garage and opener as well as 
an extremely large balcony with dining table and 4 chairs, double 
glider, lounge and table, plenty of space to set everyone.  The 
balcony only has about 5-6 steps down to a small court yard with its 
own private hot tube overlooking the lazy river.
